Cancellation Policy

Moon Phases of Life Ministry Cancellation Policy At Moon Phases of Life Ministry, I strive to provide individualized, heart-centered care and reserve time and energy for each client with great intention. Out of respect for my time and for other families who may be waiting for care, I kindly ask that you review and honor the following cancellation policy: ✦ Appointment Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a no-show, depending on availability. ✦ Birth & Postpartum Clients Due to the unpredictable nature of birth, I understand that schedules may shift. However, non-emergency cancellations or missed prenatal/postpartum visits without communication will also be subject to the above terms. ✦ Workshops, Ceremonies, & Classes For events requiring registration or supplies (such as birthing classes, First Moon Ceremonies, CPR training, etc.): Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future class.
